The flagship platform I lead at LTIMindtree. NexusIQ migrates legacy CygNet SCADA to open Ignition and a Unified Namespace, turning months of manual point conversion into a guided, repeatable workflow with parsing, mapping, validation, and generation built in.

Midstream Enterprise SCADA Modernization

Replatformed legacy midstream control onto an open Ignition and Unified Namespace architecture across multiple basins. CygNet was retained as a data source feeding the namespace rather than acting as the architectural ceiling, giving the operator a clean path to analytics and future platforms.

Multi-Basin IIoT Cloud Integration

Bridged thousands of field assets to the cloud over MQTT and Sparkplug B, unifying telemetry into a single namespace that feeds historians, analytics, and operations dashboards. Edge gateways handle store-and-forward so no data is lost on intermittent field links.

Architected and orchestrated a thousand-plus-well SCADA and measurement system with edge compute distributed to the field. Containerized services on lightweight Kubernetes kept the deployment uniform, recoverable, and simple to scale across new pads.

Pipeline Control System Migration

Planned and executed a control-system migration off a legacy OASyS platform onto a modern AVEVA stack, with a phased cutover designed to protect continuous pipeline operations. Point-by-point validation and parallel-run testing kept risk contained throughout.

Designed OT network segmentation and monitoring aligned to IEC 62443 and a zero-trust posture, with fault-tolerant topology and real-time threat visibility. Built tooling that surfaces anomalies on industrial networks without disrupting control traffic.

Industrial Machine Vision and Analytics

Built object-recognition and video-stitching applications on edge GPUs to turn camera and sensor streams into predictive insight for remote, unmanned operations. The result gave operators situational awareness over sites that are rarely visited in person.
